What products do you offer?  How do I find prices?

It seems like we are adding new products to the mix every day, so feel free to browse around the store to see what we make.  We try to add new items as soon as we can.  Due to the fact that we are a wholesale site, we don’t offer the prices until you register and are approved for service.  Once we do all the “paperwork,” you will have a login that gives prices as well as access to ordering.

What are your turnaround times?

Most items are shipped out within two days, but we do get busy sometimes and have a hard time making that deadline.  We want everyone to be happy with the final product, so if we notice a design isn’t going to fit or a file is too small, then we will hold the production until we can get in touch with you.

What files do you accept?

If you use our design software you will be able to upload PNGs and JPGs.  We also accept AI, EPS, and PDFs, but not through the software (we are waiting for the update!). Those can be sent via email or Dropbox – find instructions here.

Do you provide design files?

We do offer design templates, which can be found on the Templates page.  You can also customize any item right on our website using the built in design software – just select the item, hit customize, and get designing!

Can you ship directly to my customer?

Absolutely!  Just be warned that we are going to ship in a white box.  We can’t include anything that has your logo on it.

What happens if my product is damaged?

Let us know.  We will get a new one made and sent out as quickly as we can.

What does shipping cost?

That depends on how much you and what you order; shipping a t-shirt is not the same as shipping a brick.  Your shipping charge will be calculated and applied at checkout.  We only charge what we are charged for shipping (no markup here!).
